LIINGSTTORM offers delivery to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom.
The delivery options currently available are:
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Cost: Paid shipping
The applicable Express Shipping charge will be clearly displayed during checkout before you place and pay for your order.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days

There is no shipping charge for our Standard Shipping option where it is available.
2. SHIPPING OPTIONS AT A GLANCE
| Shipping Method | Estimated Delivery | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Express Shipping | 5–8 business days | Paid – shown at checkout |
| Standard Shipping | 5–12 business days | FREE |
3. BUSINESS DAYS
For the purposes of our estimated delivery times, business days generally mean Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and applicable public or bank holidays.
Orders placed around weekends or public holidays may therefore take longer to arrive.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders must be processed before they are dispatched.
Where a separate processing period applies, relevant information will be displayed to customers where required before an order is placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive an email containing shipping or tracking information where tracking is available.
Our estimated shipping windows should be read together with any processing information displayed during checkout or in your order confirmation.
5. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Our delivery periods are estimates based on normal shipping conditions.
Current estimated shipping times are:
Express Shipping: 5–8 business days
Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated period communicated to you.
However, circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery, including:
-
severe weather;
-
transport disruption;
-
carrier delays;
-
public or bank holidays;
-
unusually high parcel volumes;
-
customs or border procedures where applicable;
-
strikes or industrial action;
-
incorrect or incomplete delivery information; or
-
other unforeseen logistical disruption.
Where applicable consumer law gives you rights because an agreed delivery period has not been met, those rights remain unaffected.
6. DELIVERY WITHIN 30 DAYS
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.
Our stated delivery estimates are intended to provide a more specific expected delivery window.
If we cannot deliver your order within an agreed period, we will deal with the matter in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
7. EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express Shipping is our paid delivery option.
The exact charge for Express Shipping will be displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase.
By selecting Express Shipping, you agree to pay the shipping charge displayed at checkout.
We will not add undisclosed mandatory delivery charges after you have submitted your order.
8. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard Shipping is provided free of charge where available.
The estimated delivery period is 5–12 business days.
Selecting free Standard Shipping does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
9. SHIPPING COST TRANSPARENCY
Any delivery charge that applies to an order will be disclosed before you place the order.
Customers will be given an opportunity to review the applicable delivery method and cost during checkout.
Optional paid shipping methods will not be added without the customer's selection or consent.
10. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation or similar communication using the contact information supplied during checkout.
The confirmation may contain information including:
-
your order number;
-
products purchased;
-
delivery address;
-
selected delivery method;
-
applicable delivery charge;
-
total amount paid; and
-
other relevant order details.
Please review your confirmation carefully.
If you identify an error, contact us as soon as possible at:
11. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Where available, we will send you a notification once your order has been dispatched.
The notification may include:
-
the carrier;
-
tracking information;
-
tracking number; and
-
a link or method for checking delivery progress.
Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping service and destination.
12. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Where tracking is provided, please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after dispatch.
Tracking information may not become active immediately.
If your tracking information has not updated for an unusual period or you believe there may be a problem with your delivery, please contact:
13. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information during checkout.
Please check carefully:
-
recipient name;
-
house or building number;
-
street;
-
flat or unit number where applicable;
-
town or city;
-
county where applicable; and
-
postcode.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
Contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error.
14. ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change your delivery address, contact:
as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the address.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, it may not be possible to modify the delivery address.
We cannot guarantee address-change requests.
15. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
An incorrect or incomplete address may cause:
-
delayed delivery;
-
failed delivery;
-
return of the parcel to the sender; or
-
additional carrier procedures.
Where a parcel is returned because of incorrect information supplied by the customer, we will contact the customer to determine the appropriate next steps.
Any action we take will remain subject to applicable UK consumer law.
16. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may:
-
attempt delivery again;
-
leave instructions for redelivery;
-
deliver the parcel to an appropriate collection location;
-
use another delivery option permitted by the carrier and applicable instructions; or
-
return the parcel to the sender.
Please follow the carrier's tracking information and delivery instructions where applicable.
17. UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
Where a parcel is sent to a collection location and is not collected within the carrier's permitted collection period, it may be returned to us.
If this happens, please contact:
We will review the order and provide information about the available options.
18. SAFE PLACE AND DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Where a carrier permits customers to nominate a safe place, neighbour or alternative delivery arrangement, customers should consider whether the selected location is secure.
Responsibility for a parcel and the passing of risk will always be determined in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy transfers risk to the customer earlier than permitted by UK consumer law.
19. RISK DURING DELIVERY
Where LIINGSTTORM arranges the carrier, goods generally remain at the trader's risk until they come into the physical possession of the customer or another person identified by the customer to receive them.
A different rule may apply where the customer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered by LIINGSTTORM.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
20. LOST PARCELS
If tracking indicates that your parcel may be lost, please contact:
We may investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier.
Where an order is confirmed as lost before legal delivery to the customer, we will provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law.
This may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and the customer's legal rights.
21. PARCEL MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If tracking shows that your parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
-
check the delivery location;
-
check with other members of your household;
-
check any carrier-provided delivery photograph or information;
-
check with neighbours where appropriate; and
-
contact us if the parcel still cannot be located.
Email:
We may contact the carrier and investigate the delivery.
A carrier's tracking status alone does not remove statutory consumer rights where the goods have not legally been delivered to the consumer or an authorised recipient.
22. DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel or product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Email:
Where possible, please provide:
-
your order number;
-
photographs of the external packaging;
-
photographs of the damaged item; and
-
a short description of the problem.
Providing photographs can help us investigate the issue more quickly, but it does not remove any statutory rights you may have.
23. INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact:
Where an error has been made by us, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
You will not be required to bear necessary return costs caused by our error where the law requires us to cover them.
24. MULTIPLE-PARCEL ORDERS
Some orders may be dispatched in more than one parcel.
Where this happens:
-
parcels may arrive at different times;
-
separate tracking numbers may be provided; and
-
one parcel arriving before another does not necessarily mean that part of your order is missing.
Please check your dispatch confirmation before contacting us.
25. DELIVERY DELAYS
Although we aim to deliver orders within the stated estimated delivery period, occasional delays may occur.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact:
We will review the available tracking and delivery information.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights relating to late delivery.
26. TIME-SENSITIVE ORDERS
If delivery by a particular date is essential to you, please consider the delivery estimate carefully before ordering.
Unless LIINGSTTORM expressly agrees that delivery by a particular date is essential or guaranteed, estimated delivery dates should not be treated as guaranteed arrival dates.
Where a specific delivery date becomes legally essential under the contract, your rights will be determined according to applicable UK consumer law.
27. BANK HOLIDAYS AND PEAK PERIODS
Delivery may take longer during:
-
Christmas;
-
New Year;
-
Black Friday;
-
major promotional periods;
-
UK bank holidays; and
-
other periods of unusually high carrier demand.
Any material delivery information available to us will be communicated where appropriate.
28. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
This Shipping Policy is primarily written for customers purchasing through the UK LIINGSTTORM store.
If international delivery becomes available, applicable:
-
shipping methods;
-
charges;
-
delivery estimates;
-
taxes;
-
duties; and
-
customs information
will be communicated separately where required.
Do not assume that the UK shipping options described in this Policy apply to international destinations.
29. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
For domestic UK deliveries where goods are supplied without an import transaction affecting the customer, customs charges would not normally arise.
Where goods are shipped across international borders, different customs, VAT and import rules may apply.
Any mandatory charges for which a customer is responsible must be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
30. CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, contact:
as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to stop shipment.
If it has already been dispatched, you may need to follow our returns procedure.
Qualifying online purchases normally benefit from statutory cancellation rights.
Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
31. RETURNS
Our Shipping Policy should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy.
For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have the right to notify the retailer of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods and then have a further 14 days to return them, subject to legal exceptions.
Faulty or non-conforming products are subject to separate statutory rights.
32. REFUND OF ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS
Where a customer validly exercises the statutory right to cancel an eligible distance contract, the original standard delivery cost will be refunded where required by law.
If the customer chose a more expensive delivery method, such as Express Shipping, we are not generally required to refund the amount exceeding the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered.
As LIINGSTTORM currently offers FREE Standard Shipping, the statutory standard delivery element may therefore be £0 for orders where that option was available.
This does not affect any different rights that may apply where goods are faulty, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.
33. CUSTOMER SERVICE
For questions concerning shipping, delivery or tracking, contact:

When contacting us about an existing order, please include your order number where possible.
34. CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect:
-
delivery service changes;
-
carrier changes;
-
operational changes;
-
changes in applicable law; or
-
changes to available delivery options.
Changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights relating to orders already placed.
The latest revision date will appear at the top of this Policy.
35. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or replaces rights provided by applicable UK consumer legislation.
Where this Policy conflicts with a mandatory statutory consumer right, the statutory right will prevail.
Relevant legislation may include the:
Consumer Rights Act 2015
and the:
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
together with other applicable UK consumer-protection legislation.
